Custom and personalized hats are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Custom Orders:
All custom, personalized, or special order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged once production begins. By confirming a custom order, you agree that designs are approved as provided and are not eligible for refund due to customer error or change of mind.
